Great Quality and Great for Women too
As a woman the MiR 20 pound Weighted Belt is perfect for me. Women have more strength below the waist because of our lower center of gravity. I find the Weighted Belt comfortable easy to use and surprisingly well made. In fact it's much much more comfortable than weighted items I've tried in the past. I wear the belt around the house to increase my metabolism during mundane activities. I also wear it during mat and cardio workouts to kick things up a notch. I particularly like that the belt is divided into 3 pound increments so I can build strength and endurance gradually. Ladies please note: this belt is fairly large (5" wide x 1.5" deep) so it's not going to enhance your waist while you're wearing it but I'm sure you'll look great when you need it most.

I used this HRM for past 2 days in spin class. Picked up my HR in a studio with many people using HRM (mostly Polar) without any issues. I love the feature of having bars which shows HR in BMP and the TE. I have 2 Polar which were waste of my money (see my other reviews for my woes with Polar). I have a reliable Timex but it didn't show HR in %. Usually in spin class intructors give target HR in %. So I was looking for a HRM which showed in %. Love this watch. I am keeing my fingers cross that I'd still love this watch in 1-2 yr time.
I was actually going to buy the T1C but the orange color was too tacky for me. The ladies version of T3C is in green. I preferred and got the brown (men's version) which looked almost black.

Sonic flag football belts are hands down the bestI purchased a 12 pack of these recently but its not my first experience with these flag belts. I've been using these same flags/belts for about 10 years and they've held up great! The poppers still work fine and the flags are virtually indestructable. The only reason our group had to get more was that over time belts started to "walk off". Its hard to keep tabs on all of them for that period of time...
As for the product though FAR superior to the cheap velcro versions today. In fact there isnt any velcro version that can even come close to competing with these. They may be more expensive but they last MANY MANY times longer than the velcro units. The velcro material in other units wears of in less than a season (You'll be running and they will fall off on their own...unacceptable). These "poppers" as we call them always stay in make an audible sound when pulled (albeit not as loud as the advertisement may make it seem) and last forever. The durability is very impressive. If your a flag football player or you're league is in need of flags do yourself a favor and BUY THESE. You absolutely will not regret it.
Fantastic product and Amazon has had some great prices on them. (I think I got my Dozen pack for about $50. You cant beat the price of less than $5 per set awesome!
